Users enter other information to specify their desired weight and how quickly they wish to reach it. Users also enter their background activity level and their body weight.

This information is not visible to the public or to other users of the website with the exception of the username, which is visible to other users of the website under some circumstances. This is described further below.

In the course of using the website, users record the foods they have consumed and activities they have done. This information is not visible to other users. Users may also add new food items to the database, edit existing food items, and create and share named servings. The username of the user making such additions or edits is visible to other users of the website.

In order to continue improving our service, we collect anonymous usage information which we use to monitor the operation of the website and to compile usage statistics. For more information, see Google Analytics below.

We restrict access to user information to authorised staff and agents acting on our behalf. We will never share personally identifiable user information with any third party unless they are an agent acting on our behalf to provide services required for the provision of the website or if required to do so by law. Third parties who need access to user information to provide operational or other support services are required by us to maintain high standards of security.

On occasion, our authorised staff may need log in to a user's account, in order to investigate problems or to provide support.

If during operation of the website an error arises, an attempt is made to log the error.
